AmpliVox Supports Grand Opening of Autism Spectrum Therapies Center

Northbrook, IL – AmpliVox Sound Systems recently stepped up to help make the grand opening of a center for children with special needs a success. When Autism Spectrum Therapies opened its newest location in Northbrook, Illinois, AmpliVox provided a presentation lectern as well as sound system support for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, attended by community members and government dignitaries.

Autism Spectrum Therapies supports children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and their families, providing a comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program that emphasizes naturalistic teaching strategies so that kids learn through play. The program offers many of the necessary skills for school, including communication, behavior goals, social skills, and making friends. The agency serves nearly 2,000 families in seven states.

For the Northbrook center’s grand opening on September 13, AmpliVox provided its elegant Wood and Acrylic Floor Lectern for speeches from Illinois Deputy Governor Leslie Munger, Illinois Senate President Lou Lang, Department of Public Health Commissioner Dr. Julie Morita, Northbrook Village President Sandy Frum, and Northbrook Chamber of Commerce President Tensley Garris. Their comments were carried clearly to the audience by the Platinum Digital Audio Travel Partner Package, AmpliVox’s most powerful all-in-one PA system paired with a companion speaker for maximum sound coverage. AmpliVox also provided technical support to ensure a successful event.

“We are very happy to support Autism Spectrum Therapies as they open their new center in our hometown,” noted AmpliVox CEO Don Roth. “They provide life-changing services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders which will be benefit hundreds of families in our community. AmpliVox is committed to helping organizations and agencies make their messages heard with top-quality sound equipment.”
