And this is how easy it works

The ClickShare button is connected via USB to the laptop and transmits the screen content wirelessly to the ClickShare base station, which projects the image to the projector or display. Any number of buttons can be used. The participant who wants to present, will release the contents on his screen for transmission via the push of a button.
