New Membership Structure in 2013
Article posted on December 17, 2012
InfoComm is simplifying its membership structure and expanding the amount of free and discounted education offered to members. These changes will go into effect
early 2013.
Along with these enhancements, the EduBucks program will be retired at the end of 2012. All InfoComm members are encouraged to use their EduBucks before they expire at the end of the year.
The new membership structure will reduce member levels from the present eleven options down to two:
• Membership for businesses, institutions and organizations, priced at $500
• Affiliate membership, priced at $150
Members will receive unlimited access to select online classes free of charge, as well as a discount off all other education, free copies of InfoComm/ANSI Standards, discounted market research, voting rights, the ability to serve on committees, a free basic listing in AV-iQ, access to business affinity programs and other benefits.
Affiliate members will receive unlimited access to select online classes at a discount rate, as well as discounts off all other education and select free market research.
Both membership levels will include free access to all InfoComm trade shows around the world.
InfoComm will release additional information throughout the remainder of 2012, in order to make the transition as smooth as possible for its members.
Any members with questions are encouraged to contact their
InfoComm representative.
