First German Round Table, organized by InfoComm Europe and sponsored by Cisco was a huge success.

Recently established by InfoComm Europe the Round Table for German branch of the AV industry took place at the Arcone Konferenz Center in Munich. Hopefully this is only the beginning of a successful networking series. The AV Round Table provided attendees from different fields of the AV market with the opportunity to talk about various topics and trends within the industry.

Neutral certification will be important aspect of training and further education

One of the most discussed topics was a future neutral certification based on independent standards for the AV industry in Europe. All participants of the AV Round Table agreed that this would be a major step forward for the whole European market; therefore trainings should be available in the most comonly languages to provide best practice training for attendees. 

Stand assignments for ISE

Further topics of the Round Table included stand assignments for ISE 2013 as well as procedure for future events. In these contexts it will be important to increase the popularity of InfoComm Europe to improve connections within the AV market.
