Barco Healthcare displays play starring role in The Mob Doctor

Tune in to the new medical drama, The Mob Doctor, on FOX Mondays at 9 p.m. Eastern, and you’ll see Barco’s healthcare displays located throughout the hospital studio set. When developing the new series, Sony Pictures wanted the most cutting-edge medical displays for placement in its ER, ICUs, operating rooms and radiology suite. Barco provided the right touch of high-tech realism to the show with its MDRC clinical review, MDSC surgical and Coronis diagnostic displays to showcase the latest medical technologies.
Set in Chicago, Illinois, the series features a brilliant young cardiothoracic surgeon (actor Jordana Spiro) who becomes indebted to the South Chicago mafia, forcing her to moonlight as a mob doctor while also working full time at the city’s most prominent hospital.
