These HDMI Baluns are a perfect solution for replacing costly standard HDMI and IR cables that are difficult to route thru walls and cabinets. One Cat5e, Cat6 wire using RJ45 terminations deliver digital signals and IR from the transmitter to the receiver. The IR ports are bi-direction so the emitter and receivers can operate in either direction. The IR receiver is plasma friendly and emitter is a Non-Flasher.
