This is a feature upgrade to OmniStream™ Pro and R-Type AV over IP systems for distribution of 4K video with Dolby Vision dynamic HDR at 60Hz frame rate, with 4:2:2 chroma subsampling and 12bit color resolution. OmniStream AV over IP systems support HDR10 for OTT (over-the-top) streaming services and Ultra HD Blu-ray, as well as HLG (Hybrid Log-Gamma) for 4K HDR broadcast services. The addition of Dolby Vision dramatically expands the breadth of available HDR content for transmission and distribution over OmniStream networked AV systems. Dolby Vision capability is available as a licensed upgrade to OmniStream Pro and R-Type decoders. This enhancement adds to the performance, scalability, and value offered by OmniStream, as well as the inherent cost and integration advantages of AV distribution over Gigabit Ethernet.
