Lebanese movie lovers now have a chance to ‘experience’ the over 100-year-old story of Mowgli and his animal friends powered by the most innovative projection technology available today: Barco’s DP4K-30L Flagship Laser projector. The place to be is the PLUS+ Theater in CinemaCity’s Beirut Souks Cinema, which has been featuring Barco’s premium projector since February.
Raising the bar for entertainment
CinemaCity, which is part of the leading World Media Holding entertainment group, expressed its interest in Barco’s Flagship Laser projectors in 2015 already. It is delighted to now introduce Lebanon to the power of laser projection. “Everything about our cinemas is designed for the enjoyment of our guests. By fitting the Flagship Laser projector into our PLUS+ Theater we’re again raising the bar for entertainment here in Lebanon,” says Maya Kfouri, Marketing Manager at CinemaCity.
The cinema chain has plans to equip two theaters in Amman, Jordan – to open later this year – with Barco Flagship Laser projectors too. The new deals with CinemaCity mark another step forward in the expansion of Barco’s premium laser projection technology in the Middle East: a growing network of cinemas in the region are resolutely opting for the brightness of the Barco Flagship Laser projectors.
