June 17, 2021 - The great revolution for LCD video walls took place in 2017, with the launch of Barco UniSee. Following close to 4 years of great success, it is now time to launch the next generation. What can you expect? The same flawless installation and ease-of-servicing, coupled with further optimized image quality for use in a broader range of application.
We admit: we really love Barco UniSee, our revolutionary LCD video wall. And so do our customers. The solution is deployed around the world in more than 2,500 locations around the world. You can find Barco UniSee video walls in small to very large configurations (from 2x2 installations to 40 meter/131 feet wide video walls), in a wide variety of applications, including control rooms, corporate lobbies, boardrooms, experience centers and simulators.
An even better fit for your application
The improved color performance under wide viewing angles, coupled with the proprietary local dimming technology (enhancing local contrast to improve contrast with dark background, and lowering power consumption), ensures that Barco UniSee is suited for use in even more demanding applications. Barco’s Sense X automatic calibration technology is further enhanced, perfecting the intra tile and full wall uniformity. The patented UniSee Mount solution keeps ensuring precise and uniform seams whatever the size and the age of the wall.
Barco also further evolved the deployment and serviceability of the platform, making it easier for partners to get the wall up and running and keeping it operational with minimum interrupts. Introducing the Video wall Management Suite allows resellers and managed service providers to monitor and manage the complete installed base from a central location. This solution comes free of charge during the warranty period and can be extended with a service contract or subscription offer.
The launch of the new generation Barco UniSee concludes our total LCD video wall portfolio renewal, which started with the new generation Barco UniSee 500 and the introduction of the OverView LVD-5521C and OverView KVD-5521C.
