Biamp Expands its North American Sales Team
Posted on Friday, September 3, 2010

BEAVERTON, Oregon - Biamp Systems is enhancing its North American sales organization to fuel the company's expanded growth. The changes include the promotion of Read Wineland to Regional Director of Biamp's sales operations in the eastern half of the United States.

Wineland, a 15-year Biamp sales veteran, brings superior customer service and a long history of delivering innovative audio-visual solutions that help companies meet their evolving communications needs.

"Read is a pillar of the North American sales team, and was one of my original employees when Biamp had only two regional managers," said Ron Camden, Biamp's Vice President of North American Sales. "I am delighted to have Read leading the charge with our Eastern Regional Managers and Baimp Representatives to bring the best solutions to our customers. It will expand the level of service Biamp can provide, and give new and existing customers greater access to senior-level management in the field."

Biamp has also added audio-video industry leader Michael Frank to the North American sales team as the new Regional Manager of Biamp's mid-Atlantic region. Frank, who fills Wineland's former position, is a premiere resource talent with alliances throughout the industry. "Michael is a perfect fit for the applications-oriented culture of Biamp," Camden said. "Deep knowledge and technical expertise underlie his personable, long-standing industry relationships."

In addition, Biamp will soon announce the appointment of a new regional director to lead its West Coast sales operations.
