Remote Sensors
Remote temperature and humidity sensors provide temperature and humidity data so that the DIN-THSTAT can be installed out of view. Outdoor climate can also be monitored, enabling outdoor low-temperature compensation to prevent condensation on windows during cold weather. The DIN-THSTAT accepts up to three temperature sensors such as the CHV-RTS and CHV-RTHS for indoor temperature and humidity measurement or use a CHV-RSS for floor temperature measurement or outdoor temperature measurement. Each sensor connects via a single twisted pair wire.
Auxilary Ports
Allow state sensing from HVAC equipment and other custom programming and interfacing with additional HVAC devices.
Cresnet® Communications
The DIN-THSTAT communicates with a Crestron control system (such as the DIN-AP3) via the Cresnet control network. A pair of Cresnet ports is provided on the DIN-THSTAT to allow easy daisy-chaining of several DIN-THSTATs or Crestron DIN rail devices.
DIN Rail Mounting
The DIN-THSTAT is designed to snap onto a standard DIN rail for installation in a wall mount enclosure (Crestron DIN-EN series or similar[1]) or on a wall panel. Wiring connections are made using screw terminals positioned along the top and bottom, clearly accessible from the front for easy installation and servicing. DIN rail mounting affords a very space-efficient, cost-effective and modular solution for configuring complete "
