Nov. 8, 2021 - They say good things come in threes, and we are delighted to announce our THIRD industry award in just over a week as we scooped the AVARD award (Security category) for our WallControl10 plug-in for Milestone Systems’ XProtect® software.

The AVARD is the premier industry awards for the DACH region, organized by Professional System.DE magazine. Hosted in Dusseldorf, our DACH sales manager, Vladimir Von Kendjelic Dorcey, was called to the stage to accept the coveted award. The highly-respected competition in the category came from industry heavyweights such as Extron, Crestron and Bosch.

The Datapath trophy cabinet is beginning to now bulge after two further awards were picked up during a successful InfoComm 2021. Datapath returned from a productive week in Orlando with an AV Technology magazine ‘Best In Show’ accolade as well as well as winning an Installation Product Awards from SCN – both for our latest Aetria solution for control rooms.

A busy awards period ended in spectacular style with the AV Awards in London. Hosted by AV Magazine, the event saw over 1,100 industry professionals gather in London to recognize the people, projects, and technologies of the past 12 months.

Datapath were shortlisted in the Control Technology category – again for our WallControl 10 plug in – but missed out on the top prize to TUDesc for their Education Space Configurator.
