Ensemble Designs to Demonstrate New Video Processing and Keying Technology at AUVSI 2012

Grass Valley, California, 7 August 2012 – Ensemble Designs is demonstrating new video and audio processing technology, featuring the Avenue Layering Engine, at the the AUVSI Show in Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay, August 6-9, 2012 at booth 434.

The new Avenue P9425 Layering Engine provides a complete and flexible solution to combining audio and video content for high-end video and mobile applications. The Layering Engine, has two, independent linear keyers, program/preset background transitions, and audio mixing, voice over and breakaway. It provides a complete and flexible solution to combining audio and video content for high end, critical video applications.

Layering Engine inputs can be driven by digital video signals from cameras, heads-ups display feeds, remote feeds and video servers. The full range of SDI video signals from SD to HD and 3G formats are supported. Base configuration is 8×2 and larger systems can be configured up to 30 I/O ports. Realtime processing and low latency simplify system integration.

Automation control over Ethernet TCP/IP, SNMP, and RS-232 serial interfaces, using industry standard as well as product specific protocols, provide support and integration for all applications. Web browser and iPad interfaces put complete control over the Avenue Layering Engine in the hands of an operator.
