Coopersburg, Pa. – Lighting controls manufacturer Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. was recently chosen as the top brand in lighting control systems in an exclusive Pro AV Magazine online reader survey. 

The survey, conducted in April by Pro AV Magazine, asked AV integrators, installers, consultants, and end-users which brands they use the most in each of 23 AV product categories.  In the lighting control systems category, Lutron was by far the most preferred brand; in fact, response in the lighting control category was so strong that it was named one of the survey’s “top trends.”

“The fact that Lutron is the brand leader among lighting control makers might not be a surprise,” said Pro AV editors.  “But the fact that more AV pros have an opinion on lighting controls than, say, touch panels, indicates this market is well down the road in making lighting one of its core competencies.”
