MEDIA VISION USA DEMONSTRATES TAIDEN INTELLIGENT CONTROL SYSTEM
Posted on Wednesday, May 20, 2009

San Francisco, CA, May 20, 2009 -- Media Vision USA has announced it will demonstrate the TAIDEN
Intelligent Control System along with wired and wireless Touch Panel Interfaces. The TAIDEN HCS-
6000 series, with its excellent quality and design, will be on display and demonstrated at the Media
Vision USA booths no 6433 during the InfoComm 2009 in Orlando, Florida.

The TAIDEN HCS-6000MCP2 contains all of the control interfaces necessary for interaction between
serial controlled devices, Infrared controlled devices, and relay controlled devices. For IR, all of the
components for IR Learning are built in to the Central Control System so there are no external
hardware devices needed. This means that controlling everything from projectors and LCDs, to HVAC
and lighting can all be accomplished using the TAIDEN HCS-6000 series Intelligent Control System.
The TAIDEN HCS-6000 Series consists of the Central Control System CCS, Touch Panels (available in
wired or wireless models), power and light controllers, and various accessories.

“The touch panels are the key,” states Fardad Zabetian, president of Media Vision USA “Being able to
provide an easy to use, customizable interface makes it that much easier to organize and operate your
conference room.”

The Taiden HCS-6000 Intelligent Control System will also control all of the TAIDEN proprietary
conferencing equipment; from the TAIDEN 4100 Series delegates with electronic voting, to the TAIDEN
video controllers and switchers, the Central Control System can change a camera position, start or stop
recording, activate a delegate microphone and even change between video sources. With TAIDEN,
every component works together in a seamless integration.

“The learning curve for programming is short due to the similarity in logic to that of existing control
systems,” said Wesley Sutliff, Product Manager of Media Vision USA. “We will provide in house
programming and also training for our clients to learn the programming skills.”

The TAIDEN Intelligent Control System will be available throughout the existing Media Vision USA representation network in North America www.mediavision-usa.com/sales.html.
