This course outlines the performance and solutions for modern meeting spaces with Multimedia Conference systems and reviews the best practices for surveying a site, specifying the required components and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Learning objectives:
Understand the physical attributes and characteristics of Multimedia Terminal Conference Systems
Perform a customer needs analysis and specify required components for the TAIDEN 8300 Series Systems
Perform basic troubleshooting for the 8300 System and understand system limitations.
Format:
Following the course, you will take an online test including multiple choice questions. There is no time limit on the test and the questions are directly related to the course content. An 80% pass rate is required to earn your certificate for the course. Test results and digital certificate are delivered via email to all passing participants within 72hrs of completing the test.
