Exhibit Showcases Line-up of Creative and Efficient Product Solutions for Robotic Production Applications

Amsterdam, Netherlands (September 7, 2012) – This week at IBC 2012, Telemetrics is demonstrating key products that bring enhanced operational efficiency, cost effectiveness and performance quality to users in the broadcast and production markets. In addition to the recently introduced HDSC-1 Robotic Camera, Universal Lens Driver System and Fiber Transmission Systems, Telemetrics’ exhibit includes a comprehensive selection of high performance yet cost-efficient software control products, motorized tripods and trolley systems, and a variety of pan/tilt heads.

Exhibit highlights include:

HDSC-1 HD 1080/60p camera with a 20X integrated Canon lens, provides native 1920 x 1080 HD-SDI video outputs as well as SD composite video outputs in NTSC and PAL formats.

 

ULD Universal Lens Driver is being demonstrated with a Sony PMW-F3 Super 35mm XDCAM EX Camcorder to highlight its motorized zoom, focus and iris functions.

 

Coax/Fiber Link transmits power with full CCU functionality over distances up to 3,000’ using standard field repairable coax and Neutrik opticalCON DUO cable.*

 

Pan/Tilt Fiber System provides video transmission, genlock and remote control capability for Telemetrics robotic P/T heads including the PT-RM-1, PT-CP-S4, PT-HP-S4 and PT-LP-S4 at distances of up to 10 kilometers.

 

Camera Robotic Tripods/Trolley/Track Systems including Telemetrics’ Televator, TeleGlide and TelePod systems to provide elevating and trolley capability.

 

Control Software / Panels featured include the company’s CPS Studio Control software, LGS Legislative Control software and Symphony Control software as well as the CP-ITV4 inTELEgent P/T/Z/F camera control panel.

 

P/T/Z Heads include the PT-LP-S4 and PT-CP-S4 that deliver camera operator-like moves at an economical price point.

 

Telemetrics is also announcing a technology partnership that will enable a frictionless solution for virtual reality productions. The collaboration will support the integration of UNREEL’s new UX touch-screen virtual-set management software with Telemetrics’ robust camera robotics and control systems.
