London, UK, 5/9/2014: Pendrell Hall, a hugely popular Staffordshire based country house wedding venue, has implemented the TripleLite Cloud Hosted Digital Signage solution to provide guests with in-room information and news.
As well as local weather and traffic information, the digital signage solution promotes hotel services delivered directly to in-room TVs as a hotel information channel via the hotel’s coax network.
Tripleplay’s Sales Manager, Tim Hoddy commented; “This is a very innovative use of the Tripleplay hosted digital signage solution, allowing the hotel to provide up-to-the-minute news and information for guests on a fully branded welcome screen.
“Delivering the content as a channel to the rooms means that the hotel requires just one TripleLite signage player to provide information to every room, up to around 60 guests. It is an innovative solution, designed by our partners at SCS Technologies, making digital signage and in-room information channel provision affordable for any hotel; with minimal hardware requirements.”
Pendrell Hall is also using the TripleLite digital signage solution to display information in its reception.
TripleLite Cloud Hosted Digital Signage is available on a pay monthly contract with the only technical requirements being internet access, power and a low cost Amino STB signage player.
