National S.T.E.M./S.T.E.A.M. Day was inspired by the Project Mc² brand, created by MGA Entertainment, the S.T.E.A.M.- based franchise features four intelligent young women who are part of a super-secret spy organization called NOV8 ("innovate" also November 8).
S.T.E.M./S.T.E.A.M. is more important than ever. With the US Labor Department's reported top 10 fastest growing occupations, nearly all of them are S.T.E.M./S.T.E.A.M. careers.
