Adams has led teams through rapid growth and earned more than 50 industry accreditations during his AV career over two decades.

Before joining Avidex as director of service sales, Adams held sales leadership positions with Crestron including the regional director of sales in the Pacific Northeast growing the dealer channel, enterprise, and education markets. The former Major League Baseball pitcher with the San Francisco Giants has been in the AV industry since 1996 when he joined Chelsea Audio Video as a sales representative. He also served as the branch manager for Tempest Technologies Portland and led the rapid growth of revenues and employees.
