Covid, Inc. announced today the release of their new Multi-Format HDBase-T switching device. This new device is just one of many new products released by Covid this year that aim to help customers with digital signal management and overall distribution of multiple signal types.

The SB3M-B110 is a multi-format A/V switch with inputs that include HDMI, VGA, Display Port and 3.5mm analog stereo to a single HDBaseT output. This device can handle transmission distance of up to 230ft. (70m). The SB3M-B110 supports multiple switching modes, has a built-in audio embedder and offers webserver functionality to help configure and troubleshoot any A/V system utilizing the device. This unit also offers a programmable front panel button and RS232 control options. “Listening to our customers, we realized there is a great need for a compact device that can transmit multiple signal types over HDBase-T in a cost effective manner.
