MasterCard and Visa Training facilities get TechPods on a Late-night Installation

"We had it all, but nothing worked" was the plain, straightforward instructor's complaint at the Isracard Training Center (representing MasterCard and Visa credit cards) referring to the training rooms presentation technology - "and we must make it work".

The facility has been equipped throughout the years with the newest and most sophisticated technology along with stylish touch panels.  When the project was approached it was clear to the consulting firm (DBN Consultants) that the problem stemmed from the "Over-Tech" control panel and spread out equipment in the room.  Once the problem was identified, it was a short way to find the right solution.

The key requirements for the new AV systems were reliability and ease of use. The two went up to become number one and two on the list instead of six and eight until today. When examining the AV market, TechPod Interactive Lecterns were way ahead.  A third, but not less important system requirement, was to be able to install overnight without interfering the busy class schedule.  All rooms are highly occupied during all day, and delays and cancellation costs are too expansive.

TechPod Interactive Lecterns were chosen for all training rooms. The existing cabinets, AV equipment and XXX-based control systems were removed, and a fast-and-clean three hour installation was conducted.  TechPod was connected to control the projection screen and house lights, and next morning classes were soon occupied and running.   The AV Manager reported that the new TechPod Lecterns were used without any assistance phone call being made and all the instructors immediately embraced the new capabilities into their presentations to their great satisfaction.  Priceless!
